The fully renovated and luxuriously equipped seven-room cottage (approx. 190 m²) is located in the village of Police and offers superior accommodation for 18 people. The cottage is not suitable for large celebrations, it is intended more for families with children and quiet holiday stays. You enter a spacious hall, from where you continue to a stylish living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining area, a TV and a children's corner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob (4 hotplates), an electric oven, two refrigerators with a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom, a separate toilet, two bedrooms and a pool hall. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, dryer, two sinks and a boiler (200 l). The first bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, the second two double beds and a bunk bed for one person. From the kitchen you enter the wellness area with a year-round heated indoor pool (8 x 3 x 1.6 m) with salt water, a Finnish sauna for 6 people with the possibility of listening to music via Bluetooth, a small sitting area, a shower corner, a sink and a separate toilet. From the back of the kitchen, a staircase leads to the attic, where there is a large kitchen with an induction hob (4 hotplates), electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, dining area, TV, billiards and air conditioning. From the kitchen you can enter three more separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and another bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and a boiler (200 l). Internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available in the cottage. Floor heating. The building includes a closed yard (130 m²), which can be accessed either through a gate from the street or through a door from the hallway, kitchen or pool. In the yard there is a sandpit, table tennis, an electric target, a covered outdoor seating area with a garden kitchen (fridge, water supply, tap equipment with the possibility of connecting different types of barrels) and two grills (gas and electric). Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. There is also a small garage for storing bicycles.
